In order to perform a meaningful analysis of the financial situation of any prospective client, it is important to have accurate information about you. When you apply for our program, we collect information from you. We will collect information from you, including but not limited to your name, address, social security number, income, expenses, assets and debt schedule. We receive this information from you when you fill out our Application Form. If we need to know about your credit history, we also receive information from third parties such as credit reporting agencies or other creditors. This information includes account balances, payment history, credit card usage, and parties to transactions. We never sell your information to anyone.

We will not disclose your private information, as described above, to any organization, affiliated or non-affiliated, unless this disclosure is necessary to effect, administer, or service an inquiry you have initiated. We do not share information with outside companies for the purpose of selling their products and services. Since we do not share information with third parties, we do not offer you an opt out option.
